How can I migrate my treasury data to TreasuryView?
Migrating your debt and treasury data to TreasuryView is quick and simple.
If you’re currently managing your data in spreadsheets, you can easily import it into TreasuryView. Alternatively, if you keep your data in debt contracts, you’ll just need to review them to ensure everything’s captured accurately.
Once you’ve gathered your data, you have two easy options:
Use our simple data form (available after signing up) to manually input your information, or
Upload your Excel file for a faster setup.
Many of our users (around 90%) prefer using the data form to start fresh, rather than uploading their spreadsheet data. This is a great way to ensure your information is clean and accurate—especially if you’re not 100% sure about the current state of your data. It gives you a fresh start with no hidden errors.
Once your data is in, whether fully or partially, you can immediately start using TreasuryView’s powerful features—like automated reports and real-time insights. You can even get a feel for the platform by adding just a few pieces of data and seeing the benefits in action right away!
From there, your debt management is automated, saving you time and reducing the risk of errors. Congrats on making your debt management automated!

How long does it take to implement TreasuryView for a mid-sized business?
The implementation time for TreasuryView can vary depending on several factors (number of transaction data, users amount etc) , but typically it takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
Here are the key factors that influence the timeframe:
Transaction data/debt data Preparation
The time needed to organize and clean your existing data (e.g., spreadsheets, loans, hedges, and other treasury instruments). If your data is already in good shape, the process will be quicker.Transaction data Migration
The migration of data from spreadsheets or other systems typically takes a few hours to a few days, depending on the volume of data.Customization of your TreasuryView dashboard.
If your treasury setup involves complex elements like multiple currencies or diverse debt instruments, some customization might be necessary. However, basic setup can be completed immediately after the data migration.Training and Onboarding for getting most of TreasuryView
TreasuryView’s user-friendly interface reduces the training time. However, users will need some time to familiarize themselves with the system, which typically takes a few days. We also offer onboarding and demo calls during this period to ensure a smooth transition.
